Reminder for your connection parameters
the classical ones
- Panel : https://panel.tuxfamily.org your_login / your_password (you can ask for a new one if you inadvertently forget it)
- FTP Server : ftp.tuxfamily.org your_login / your_password (passive mode => passive for command line ftp, gftp works flawlessly), if you have a project group, each contributor connects to ftp using his/her own login.
- POP Server : pop.tuxfamily.org your_login / your_password
- POPS Server : pops.tuxfamily.org your_login / your_password
- IMAP Server : imap.tuxfamily.org your_login / your_password
- IMAPS Server : imaps.tuxfamily.org your_login / your_password
- SQL Server : sql login_base / password_base
- Note : yes, the server name for databases is simply sql, there's no extension. Yes, it works as is, and no it cannot be accessed remotely outside of tf.o (security reason). Repeat after me now : the databases server name is sql, sql is its short name (indeed, many people keep asking :/).
- PhpMyAdmin : http://phpmyadmin.tuxfamily.org login_base / password_base
- PhpPgAdmin : http://phppgadmin.tuxfamily.org login_base / password_base
- Note : the user for the database login_base is of the form ProjectName_GenericName (yes, it's also the database name)
To register your domain
- DNS 1 Server : ns1.tuxfamily.net
- DNS 2 Server : ns2.tuxfamily.net
- Web Server : web.tuxfamily.net (212.85.158.4) (configure your domain and www to redirect to it)
For your mail domains managed at TuxFamily.org :
- MX 1 Server : mx1.tuxfamily.net
- MX 2 Server : mx2.tuxfamily.net
To view your mails
mail requires activation before being used
- Squirrelmail or cube : http://webmail.tuxfamily.org or https://webmail.tuxfamily.org (SSL) your_login / your_password
You can configure your client with the following protocoles, at your choice :

- Server POPS : pops.tuxfamily.org your_login / your_password
